Why New Jersey?
For a century or more, New Jersey represented what many New Yorkers didn’t want. In the last 20 years, New Jersey’s waterfront communities, and in fact most of the state, have become coveted for their views, proximity to the city and quality of life.
About
We, are a father/daughter partnership and part of the larger and #1 Douglas Elliman team in New Jersey, the Lisa Poggi Team. We, along with our assistant Miriam are working toward becoming the #1 team in New Jersey bar none. We have an unusual advantage in that we are part of the Douglas Elliman family and we have offices in both Hoboken, New Jersey at 221 River Street and in Manhattan at 111 5th Ave.
Douglas Elliman is the single largest and most successful brokerage in all of New York and is one of the top trhee in the United States. It’s not a franchise and is more a family. It’s a tight nit company, especially among the most successful of agents. Douglas Elliman’s systems keep us all in close touch. We meet at events, fundraising activities, corporate sponsored trainings, retreats and we are close friends on social media keeping track of each other, our activities, and ways we can help each other.
The same goes for the Lisa Poggi Team. Constantly in touch, always working, spanning a broad array of skills, experiences, and competencies, there is little we can’t do and do well.
